Welcome to Seedance AI, Seedance AI One Stop AI SAAS designed for building and launching innovative solutions quickly and efficiently. By accessing or using our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any of these terms, please do not use our service.

Use of the Service

Seedance AI provides users with a comprehensive platform and tools to build and launch their projects using our services and infrastructure. You agree to use the service in accordance with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations.

User Accounts and Registration

User Content and Visibility

Our service lets you generate, upload, or submit content ("User Content"). You retain ownership of your User Content, but you grant Seedance AI a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, and distribute your User Content to operate and improve the service.

Your User Content may be public by default based on your subscription plan and the features we provide. For example, works created under a free plan are public by default and may be publicly visible and accessible to others. If your plan includes private works or we provide private options, you may change visibility using the tools we provide. Public User Content may be viewable by anyone and may be shared or indexed by third parties.

You are solely responsible for your User Content and for ensuring that you have all necessary rights and permissions to post it. You agree not to upload or share content that violates applicable laws or the rights of others.

Content Deletion

Users with an active paid subscription may delete their individual works at any time through their account settings. Free plan users do not have the ability to delete individual public works, as these are shared with the community under the terms of the free plan.

When you delete your account, your public User Content will be anonymized (author association removed) but may remain accessible on the platform. Private User Content will be permanently deleted along with your account.

Content and Intellectual Property Rights

All content provided through Seedance AI, including but not limited to software, services, documentation, and related materials, is protected under copyright law. The copyright owner of Seedance AI is seedance-ai.art.

  • You acknowledge that you do not own the underlying technology or intellectual property that makes up the Seedance AI service, and you agree to respect the intellectual property rights of seedance-ai.art and any third parties.
  • While you retain ownership of your custom implementations and modifications, the core Seedance AI platform and services remain the property of seedance-ai.art.

Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities while using Seedance AI:

  • Unauthorized access to or distribution of our proprietary content and services
  • Reselling or redistributing Seedance AI services without authorization
  • Interfering with or disrupting the security or performance of the service
  • Using the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Attempting to bypass any security features of the service

Termination and Account Deletion

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users of the service, us, or third parties.

Account Deletion by User

You may request to delete your account at any time by contacting us at support@seedance-ai.art or through the account settings in the platform (if available). Upon account deletion:

  • Your personal account information will be permanently deleted or anonymized within 30 days.
  • Your private User Content will be permanently deleted.
  • Your public User Content will be anonymized (author association removed) but may remain on the platform as community content.
  • Any active subscriptions will be canceled, and no further charges will be made.
  • Deletion is irreversible. Once completed, your account and associated data cannot be recovered.

Data Retention

We retain certain data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes, including:

  • Transaction and billing records for up to 7 years (for tax and legal compliance).
  • Anonymized usage data for analytics and service improvement.
  • Data necessary to resolve disputes or enforce our agreements.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties or representations about the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the service and disclaim all warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, seedance-ai.art shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of or inability to use the service.

Indemnification
